For more than 10 years, Doctors Juan and Alejandro Montes were frustrated by the lack of adequate medical assistants to employ in their own private practices. They sought to develop a formal vocational program that would produce medical assistants that doctors want to hire. With this objective in mind, they worked with experienced educators to create a curriculum that would instill the theory and concepts of medical assisting, train the practices of the profession, and nurture the professionalism that would be fitting of their own clinics. Montes HealthCare College was born!
