This will make you eligible to sit for the National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) exam offered by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) or the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exam offered by the National Healthcareer Association.  Following the successful completion of this test, you will become nationally certified as a medical assistant.

Phlebotomy Technician Program

The program requires just 88 hours to complete and is divided into three modules: Basic Phlebotomy, Advanced Phlebotomy, and a hands-on Externship. You’ll start with the fundamentals of infection control, anatomy, and safe blood collection techniques, then move into advanced procedures and real-world problem solving. 

Finally, during your externship, you’ll put everything into practice at an approved facility. This will give you direct experience in completing the required venipunctures and skin punctures to graduate with confidence.
